International Kazakh Turkish University
The foundations of the university were first laid as of Turkistan State University a short time before the collapse of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics after the choice of Nursultan NAZARBAYEV, the Leader of Kazakhstan, dated 06 6, 1991. The standard quest of the University was determined as "improving the location of Turkistan, the historical science and culture centre of Asia".Upon "The General Declaration", which was printed in the Almaty Peak, organized on 29 March-1 May 1992, between Nursultan NAZARBAYEV, the President of Kazakhstan, and Suleyman DEMIREL, the Primary Minister of Turkish Republic, and "The Cooperation Arrangement in Fields of Education, Science, Culture and Sports", that was signed between two countries on May one particular, 1992, it was made the decision that Turkistan State University or college shall be the common university of both countries, and The Memorandum of Understanding concerning the concern was signed on The month of september 28, 1992, in Ankara.
"Agreement on Founding World Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Turkish-Kazakh University in the location of Turkistan"; was signed between the governments of two countries with the Summit of The Presidents of Turkish-Speaking Countries on October 31, 1992 in Ankara. The agreement became effective after it was endorsed by the Act Number 3904 enacted on April up to 29, 1993 by the European Grand National Assembly, and it was published in the 21571st issue of the Official Gazette, went out with May 4, 1993.
The International Kazakh Turkish University, Faculty of Medicine was founded at Kentav. Back in 1991,the name of the Department was AlternateTreatment and Medicine. With time, it expanded with a loof other department's like General Surgical procedure, Internal Medicine, Maternity & Gynaecology,Human Anatomy & Physiology. The Hospital is also there of the university. There exists a capacity of 100 beds, and this hospital is regarded as the most avant-garde clinics of the Republic of Kazakhstan. University, with a capacity of 100 beds was founded, as one of the most contemporary clinics of Republic of Kazakhstan, the whole budget that was covered by Republic of Turkey.
Admission Criteria
Comparing from India for admission in MBBS, it is a 4.5 years course, here Kazakhstan it is of 5 years. Apart from this difference in duration the pattern is somewhat similar to Indian pattern. After completion applicant will be awarded a MBBS degree which is recognised globally.
Students are required to submit their educational documents needed in academic formalities in university while admission procedure. Once a student receives the admission letter and gets visa confirmed, he is set to go for MBBS studies.

An aspirant carrying a minimum of 50% marks in 12th Standard in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and the NEET Qualified according to MCI guidelines.
There is no entrance test required, admission is granted on first come first served basis.
The student should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
